Sponsor partnerships include:
- Exhibit space (6' table and two chairs) - not included in the Young Professional Support Level

- Company logo prominently displayed on event signage
- Additional meeting registrations at a discounted rate
- Admission to all sessions, meals, breaks, reception, and closing banquet.
Please be prepared to submit the following with your registration:
- Logo (high resolution, 300 dpi, .png or .eps)
- Company description (100 words)
- URL to the company website
The sponsor level cannot be confirmed until the agreement and the full payment are received. Payment is due within 30 days of the registration.
Please note: All items are offered subject to availability and confirmation by the organizers. Space will be assigned according to the Sponsorship level and space required.
We will try to ensure that you are not placed next to a competitor, but we cannot guarantee this due to the number of sponsors participating.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, July 24, 2026. If the level can be resold, a refund will be made of the amount paid, less a $100 fee.
After July 24, no refunds can be made for cancellations.
