Registration

• 1. Diamond Level - Lanyard Sponsor – $6,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the meeting lanyards, with your company name and/or logo printed on the lanyards that all meeting attendees will wear.
• 1.1 Diamond Level - Closing Banquet Sponsor – $6,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the Closing Banquet at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 2. Platinum Level - Wi-Fi Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the meeting Wi-Fi with your company name as the password to be used by all meeting attendees.
• 2.1 Platinum Level - Breakfast Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the Breakfast meals at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 2.2 Platinum Level - Lunch Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the two luncheons at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 2.3 Platinum Level - Poster Networking Reception Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the Poster Networking Reception. Your logo will be printed on the drink tickets provided to all meeting attendees! This may be co-sponsored, with a limit of two sponsors for this event. 2025 may include two sessions for this. If two sessions and two sponsors, we will designate one each or both on each, per the wishes of the sponsors.
• 3. Gold Level - Name Badge Sponsor – $3,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the Name Badges at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be printed on all meeting attendee badges.
• 3.1 Gold Level - Refreshment Break Sponsor – $3,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the two luncheons at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 4. Silver Level Sponsor – $2,500.00
• 5. Young Professional/Medical Trainee Support – $2,000.00
  Educational Support for a Young Professional to attend the meeting.
  With this level, you will provide important support for the educational mission and meeting objectives.
  **This level of sponsorship does NOT include meeting registration or exhibit space.
• Educational Session Supporter – $2,000.00
• Exhibitor – $1,500.00
  This level includes recognition as an exhibitor on conference signage, one (1) complimentary registration, and access to the meeting attendee list prior to the event (no emails).
• Pinnacle Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Highest level of sponsorship. Includes top-tier branding, exclusive opportunities, and maximum recognition.
