On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Coccidioidomycosis Study Group, a leading organization dedicated to advancing the field of infectious diseases research, with a particular focus on Coccidioidomycosis, commonly known as Valley Fever, we want to share a unique sponsorship opportunity for your company to become an essential partner in our mission by supporting our 8th Coccidioidomycosis Study Group Symposium, scheduled for August 20-23, 2026 at the UC Davis Conference Center in Davis, CA.

For the past 70 years, our primary objective has remained unwavering: to serve as a platform for examining cutting-edge research and findings in the diverse realms of Valley Fever. This annual gathering has consistently attracted diverse professionals, including infectious diseases clinicians, veterinarians, epidemiologists, basic scientists, and budding scholars from various disciplines. Our annual event boasts an attendance of approximately 200 individuals and we anticipate more international participation for the symposium in 2026.

Sponsor partnerships include:

  • Exhibit space (6' table and 2 chairs) - not included in the Young Professional Support Level
  • Company logo, link and description on website (up to 100 words)
  • Company logo displayed on event signage
  • Additional meeting registrations at a discounted rate

Meeting registrations include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Meals
  • Breaks
  • Reception
  • Closing banquet

Please be prepared to submit the following with your registration:

  • Logo (high resolution, 300 dpi, .png or .eps)
  • Company description (100 words)
  • URL to company website

The sponsor level cannot be confirmed until the agreement and the full payment are received. Payment is due within 30 days of the registration.

Please note: All items are offered subject to availability and confirmation by the Organizers. Space will be assigned according to the Sponsorship level and space required.

We will try to ensure that you are not placed next to a competitor, but we cannot guarantee this due to the number of sponsors participating.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by June 19, 2026. If the level can be resold, a refund will be made of the amount paid, less a $100 fee.
After June 19, no refunds can be made for cancellations.
