Everyone should have received an email with instructions regarding your presentation. If you have not, please email the CSG Office.

For Oral Presentations: Please note that talks will be no more than 15 minutes long, including Q & A, so please check the attached tentative schedule to ensure you plan your talk accordingly. Please let us know right away if you are unable to attend. Submit your presentation slide deck no later than end of day, August 10, 2026. Please submit PowerPoint presentations only for compatibility. We will have these preloaded to the laptop onsite for the AV team. You may email them to me here or you can send them to me via www.wetransfer.com (free file share website – just enter my email address in the send to: support@coccistudygroup.org) For Poster Presentations: The poster sessions are scheduled for Thursday, August 20 and Friday, August 21, 2026, beginning at 6:00 pm. Your poster will be displayed for ONE of the two days. Register to attend, if you have not already done so. Please let us know right away if you are unable to attend. Print your poster. It should be printed to fit the allotted maximum of 36” W x 48” H space on the poster boards. There will be two posters on each side of the boards - please do not print any larger than the size noted or you will encroach on your neighbor's poster. The Poster listing will be posted below. You will find your assigned poster number noted in this list. We will also have this for you onsite. |
