• 1.0 Pinnacle Sponsor - Name Badge and Lanyard – $10,000.00
  Highest level of sponsorship. Includes top-tier branding, exclusive opportunities, and maximum recognition.
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the meeting lanyards and name badges, with your company name and/or logo printed on the lanyards that all meeting attendees will wear.
• 1.1 Pinnacle Level - Conference Tote Sponsor – $10,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the conference bag, with your company name and/or logo printed on the bag that all meeting attendees will carry.
• 1.2 Pinnacle Sponsor - Registration Area Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Highest level of sponsorship. Includes top-tier branding, exclusive opportunities, and maximum recognition.
  This sponsorship level includes large banner signage at the registration area indicating Pinnacle Sponsorship with your logo and branding. Custom messaging is available for this opportunity.
• 1.3 Pinnacle Sponsor - Networking Dinner Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Highest level of sponsorship. Includes top-tier branding, exclusive opportunities, and maximum recognition.
  This sponsorship level includes support of the networking dinner, defraying the cost for attendees. Signage on-site is included.
• 2.0 Diamond Level - Keynote or Plenary Session Sponsor – $6,500.00
  This sponsorship level includes sponsorship of a keynote or plenary session speaker. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the conference schedule as well as on prominent signage.
• 2.1 Diamond Level - Wi-Fi Sponsor – $6,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the meeting Wi-Fi with your company name as the password to be used by all meeting attendees.
• 2.3 Diamond Level - Poster Networking Reception Sponsor – $6,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the Poster Networking Reception. Your logo will be printed on the drink tickets provided to all meeting attendees! This may be co-sponsored, with a limit of two sponsors for this event. 2025 may include two sessions for this. If two sessions and two sponsors, we will designate one each or both on each, per the wishes of the sponsors.
• 2.4 Diamond Level - Branded Conference Notebook – $6,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of a branded conference notebook for distribution at registration and used by all meeting attendees.
• 3.0 Gold Level - Breakfast Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the Breakfast meals at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 3.1 Gold Level - Lunch Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the two luncheons at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 3.1 Gold Level - Refreshment Break Sponsor – $3,500.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of one of the two luncheons at the meeting. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the food/beverage tables that all meeting attendees will visit.
• 3.2 Gold Level - Name Badge Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsorship level includes a branded pen distributed at the meeting. Your company name and/or logo will be printed on pens provided to each attendee at registration.
• 3.2 Gold Level - QR Code Agenda Sponsor – $5,000.00
  This sponsor level includes sponsorship of the QR Code that will link to the agenda for the meeting. Your company name and logo will be incorporated into the QR code and will be prominently displayed on the agenda page.
• 4. Silver Sponsor - Refreshment Break Sponsor – $3,500.00
  This level of sponsorship can select from sponsoring a refreshment break, dessert break, or water station branding.
• 5. Exhibitor – $2,500.00
  This level includes recognition as an exhibitor on conference signage, a company listing in the program on the meeting website, and one (1) complimentary registration.

• 6. Young Professional/Medical Trainee Support – $1,500.00
  Educational Support for a Young Professional to attend the meeting.
  With this level, you will provide important support for the educational mission and meeting objectives.
